2021 Annual Meeting

At the 2021 Annual Meeting, held virtually over Zoom, members heard from guest speaker Kenneth Merten, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Global Talent Management, who spoke about developments at the Department of State. His remarks were followed by an overview of the Academy’s projects by President Ronald Neumann and the chairs for each of the Academy’s committees. A common theme throughout the discussion was how the Academy has adopted its approaches throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and how it plans to gradually reopen.
