Spring 2025 Interns

"Interning at the Academy offered me the incredible opportunity to learn more about the foreign service while also actively practicing skills that will help me for the rest of my career. I got to develop a passion for diplomacy, interact with former ambassadors, and work with an exceptional and driven team to promote American Diplomacy. I also strengthened hard skills in succinct writing, graphic design, and communication. "Working alongside the team at the American Academy of Diplomacy has been by far one of the most insightful, nurturing, and transformative experiences I have had the privilege to have. Alongside a team of ambitious individuals with a strong passion for strengthening American diplomacy, I learned the difficulties in reaching a consensus and in conflict resolution. Meeting with members has been fruitful, as I have seen the determination of retired ambassadors and experts in using their skills to make the world a better place. They inspire me to take the world by the horns (hook ‘em) and dream that I can be the change I want to see in the world."
