This year’s Sisco Forum will take place at Texas A&M University on September 28, 2026, and will explore the subject “Smart Power: Diplomacy in a Transnational, Transactional, and Techno World.” It is moderated by Ambassador Ronald Neumann and features Ambassador Rena Bitter, Ambassador David Satterfield, and Ambassador Geoff Pyatt
