Erin
Erin E. McKee is a distinguished global strategist with proven leadership in U.S. national security, governance, and economic diplomacy. Throughout her career, she has implemented critical international policies, built strategic partnerships, and led complex initiatives in challenging geopolitical environments. Her expertise spans both public and private sectors, consistently maximizing resources and delivering measurable impact worldwide. Currently, she is the President and CEO for Nova Ukraine, the leading American Ukraine-focused humanitarian organization.
For nearly three decades, Ambassador McKee foreign service career spanned five U.S. presidential administrations, including two Senate confirmed roles, and she has held executive leadership positions around the world. Most recently as USAID's Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia, and prior to that position, as U.S. Ambassador to Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu.
Her exceptional service has earned her the Presidential Distinguished Service Award among numerous honors. Ambassador McKee holds an MBA and MA in International Studies from the University of Washington and speaks three foreign languages. She and her family reside in Washington, D.C.
